GYM ORIENTATION

FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Whether you are new to the gym or a longtime member, this class is sure to provide some valuable information.

Show up by 10:00am and one or more of our experienced staff will provide a tour of the gym that includes the basics of how things work along with:

  • Demystifying how all the strength machines work
  • Instructions on how to program and use the different cardio machines
  • Knowing your way around the free weights room
  • Proper form and technique
  • Help in choosing exercises, reps and sets
  • The benefits of Group Fitness Classes
  • What Personal Trainers do
  • General workout guidance

These sessions aren’t personal training sessions, so you won’t necessarily get a full workout created for you. But, this is a great way to learn the basics of how things work, connect with members and staff, and maybe even find a workout partner.

  2. Thanks for sharing, we need more gyms like you that are actually guiding their clients to success. Most big gyms, they forget the small things ya know?

  3. I am interested in the free gym orientation; however, I just glanced at your website and noticed I missed this at the end of the month. I am motivated to join a gym now. I was going to come in this weekend but if the orientation isn’t until the end of this month then I’ll wait as I would like to get the most benefit from a gym membership.

      Don’t lose your motivation! Better than a free gym orientation is the free personal training session you get when you sign up this month. One of our nationally certified personal trainers will work with you to design the best routine for achieving your fitness goals and make sure you are confident on how to use the equipment and proper form. They can also talk nutrition with you and do general health coaching. The 3 month special we are running in February is $81/month (for an individual), and after 3 months, the membership becomes a month-to-month membership that you can freeze or cancel with out penalty.
