As always, classes are FREE to MEMBERS, $20 day passes are also available as well as punch cards.
Enjoy a full-body workout combining elements of pilates, yoga, and strength training. You will learn how to activate and stabilize through the core, which is the powerhouse of the body and essential for functional movement practices. Throughout class we will focus on slow intentional movements, promoting mind-muscle connection and increased body awareness. Movements of these sorts will build strength, create muscular endurance, and increase flexibility.
