Power Yoga focuses on synchronizing breathing with each movement to produce beautiful flowing patterns of motion and energy. This is a vigorous practice that focuses on building heat by starting class with warming up our joints and core, then moving onto standing sequences. Class will end with a cool down then shavasana. Power Yoga is designed specifically to improve muscle and cardiovascular endurance amongst the many other physical and mental benefits of yoga.
