REGISTRATION & ENROLLMENT

ELIGIBILITY: Children must be between the ages of 0 – 9 years old
REGISTRATION: Parent must register at Pavitt Health & Fitness front desk and complete all necessary paperwork, and make required payment for their child/children to begin the program. Please do not give paperwork to any child care staff.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): This is an automatic withdrawal from your checking account or credit card made each month. Membership in the Pavitt Kids Club is an additional charge to the EFT gym membership. You complete a contract and pay the first month’s child care fee at the time of registration. If paying by checking account, we will need a VOIDED check for the account you wish to draft from.
Prepaid: Prepaid gym memberships can be for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Register at the front desk of the gym. We accept cash, check, money order, and credit/debit cards. Please do not give payments to staff at the child care.
Party Rental Info & Rules
RENTAL TIMES & FEES
- Saturday: 2:00pm – 8:00pm
- Sunday: 2:00pm – 6:00pm
- Rental Fees: $75 per hour for 1 room
$100 per hour for both rooms
Payment of the rental fee is due when making the reservation
MAKING RESERVATIONS: Make reservations by calling Pavitt Health & Fitness at 789-5556, or in person at the front desk of the fitness center.
KIDS CLUB STAFF: A Kids Club staff person will be on hand during the reservation. They are there primarily to provide access, oversight, and monitor safety.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 20 people (including children and adults)
YOU MAY BRING: Cake, Ice Cream, Snacks, Drinks, and Pizza are all fine. If you wish to bring something that needs to be kept cold, you will need to bring a cooler for those items. Please plan activities and games that are appropriate for indoors.
RULES: You may decorate for your party; you are allowed to use tape or poster putty but nothing that will create holes or damage. Please plan your party times to allow for your set up and clean up time during your reserved hours. We will provide garbage bags for cleanup. You must take all your garbage with you. There is a $75 fee if you would like us to dispose of your garbage from the party.
PLAY STRUCTURE RULES: Children ages 3 and up are allowed on the structure. Adult supervision is required at all times. Please make sure there are enough adults for plenty of supervision. We have a play-at-your-own risk policy for the party time.
$50 CANCELATION FEE: There will be a $50 fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation.
