Lucrecia is a passionate, positive, motivating physical therapist with 19yrs experience, ten specializing in orthopedics & sports medicine. She is dedicated to helping people recover from injuries, manage pain, and achieve their goals, no matter what level they are starting at. She incorporates discussions on nutrition and mental training, as well as focus on functional movement patterns, and the importance of correct form/ body mechanics, as part of physical training. Experience & passion geared toward sports injuries, return to sport, pre-sport assessments, post-op orthopedic conditions, and those just starting into exercise – general, with a desire to move to the next level, or may be curious about getting into something more specific like running, biking, swimming…or all of them (Triathlon).

Competitive runner and sprint distance triathlete, active member of the Juneau Trail & Road Runners.
