Keegan Carroll is passionate for health and wellness. Originally from Colorado, Keegan was a competitive dancer who competed at state and national levels. During her young dancing days she developed a love for movement and pilates which has been a continued study for her and lifelong passion. Keegan was involved with the start of the Thunder Mountain Dance Team as choreographer, assistant coach, and head coach. Keegan is specialized in youth fitness and has started the Kids Club Fitness Class and Rainy Day Kids Club here at Pavitts Kids Club. She is certified in YogaFit Kids and is a State of Alaska Certified Teaching Artist.
Keegan has many years of experience instructing group fitness classes such as: dance fitness, core & cardio, cycling, tabata, HIIT, barre, baby & me yoga, and weight classes. Keegan is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a love for small group training. She specializes in dance fitness, and pre & post natal exercise. Keegan is knowledgeable in core rehab, building and maintaining core strength. She is excited to continue her education as an ACE Health Coach, and Therapeutic Exercise Specialist, which uses exercise to help heal diseases. Keegan believes in a whole body approach to training and is delighted to offer her services.

Jake Ritter – Athletic Trainer
Jake is a 3rd generation Juneauite that has been practicing sports medicine as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) at the collegiate level for the past 6 years. As an AT he specializes in the evaluation, rehabilitation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. Jake received a B.S in Athletic Training from Eastern Washington University in 2010 and shortly after passed his Board of Certification exam to become a Certified Athletic Trainer. He completed a M.Ed in Sports Management from Millersville University 2012 where he also worked in the athletic department as a graduate assistant AT. For the past 4 years Jake has provided sports medicine services to many of the varsity athletic programs at Carroll College in Helena, MT. He values manual therapies over modalties and is M-1 Graston Certified. He works to empower clients to overcome athletic injuries and get back to sport and occupation.

Robert has worked in sports instruction, physical training, mountain guiding, coaching, and health education over the past 40 years. He especially enjoys working with older adults who seek lifestyle changes which improve and maintain quality of life through activity, healthy eating, and persistence in achieving these changes. His training and experience allow him to successfully assist those facing limitations due to health and aging.
His passions are outdoor sports and adventure travel. He is a scuba diving instructor with NAUI, PADI, and PSAI. He also works as a PSIA Ski Instructor and USSA Ski Coach at Eaglecrest.
Robert is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and holds credentials as a Senior Fitness Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Weight Loss Specialist.
Kathy Washburn – Personal Trainer
Kathy has been an American Council on Exercise (ACE) fitness trainer for over 20 years. She has also worked in a physical therapy rehab clinic as an aide for eight years and has extensive knowledge of exercise science in areas of basic fitness programs, post-rehab training, and injury prevention.
Kathy is a trained exercise leader for the Arthritis Foundation and offers extensive knowledge of how to exercise while managing arthritis, as well as other health issues such as diabetes and fibromyalgia. She specializes in; Functional Exercise, Injury Rehab & Prevention, Women’s Health, Arthritis Exercise, and Senior Exercise Fitness.
