Keegan Carroll is passionate for health and wellness. As an ACE Certified Health Coach andPersonal Trainer, she can assist with behavior modifications, nutrition guidance, and physical activity programs. She specializes in therapeutic exercise, functional fitness, core rehab, and women’s health.
Keegan has almost a decade of experience instructing group fitness classes such as: dance fitness, core & cardio, cycling, tabata, HIIT, and barre fitness. Her passion is small group training for women and has started her own program, Heart & Core here at Pavitts.
An ACE Therapeutic Exercise Specialist, Keegan can implement exercise to help heal diseases and combat symptoms of chronic diseases. She is a lead coach for the Rock Steady Boxing class, which helps people with Parkinson’s Disease fight back.
Keegan has an appreciation for mind-body exercise and is currently working on her RYT 200 through the Yoga Alliance, and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Robert has worked in sports instruction, physical training, mountain guiding, coaching, and health education over the past 40 years. He especially enjoys working with older adults who seek lifestyle changes which improve and maintain quality of life through activity, healthy eating, and persistence in achieving these changes. His training and experience allow him to successfully assist those facing limitations due to health and aging.
His passions are outdoor sports and adventure travel. He is a scuba diving instructor with NAUI, PADI, and PSAI. He also works as a PSIA Ski Instructor and USSA Ski Coach at Eaglecrest.
Robert is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and holds credentials as a Senior Fitness Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Weight Loss Specialist.
Kathy has been an American Council on Exercise (ACE) fitness trainer for over 20 years. She has also worked in a physical therapy rehab clinic as an aide for eight years and has extensive knowledge of exercise science in areas of basic fitness programs, post-rehab training, and injury prevention.
Kathy is a trained exercise leader for the Arthritis Foundation and offers extensive knowledge of how to exercise while managing arthritis, as well as other health issues such as diabetes and fibromyalgia. She specializes in; Functional Exercise, Injury Rehab & Prevention, Women’s Health, Arthritis Exercise, and Senior Exercise Fitness.
Harmony is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for martial arts. She is currently working towards her apprentice instructor status with the World Thai Boxing Association. Harmony has been teaching martial arts to youth and adults in Juneau since 2010 at Complete Warrior MMA, at numerous community events and is excited to be part of the Pavitt team. Her mission in life is to teach and help people find health, empowerment, and self-confidence through fitness and martial arts.
David is a Physical Therapist who specializes in orthopedics, strength and conditioning, as well as vestibular (balance and dizziness) disorders. He received his doctor of physical therapy education at University of the Pacific, where he met his wife Abbie (also a PT!). They moved up to Juneau in 2013 where David began practicing. He received his board certification in orthopedics in 2017.
David is an avid outdoors-man, and enjoys all manner of training methods. His specialties lie in post-operative considerations, special populations, hypertrophy and strength training, Olympic lifting as well as kettle-bells. He is an advocate for movement proficiency, form and technique as well. Lucrecia is a passionate, positive, motivating physical therapist with 19yrs experience, ten specializing in orthopedics & sports medicine. She is dedicated to helping people recover from injuries, manage pain, and achieve their goals, no matter what level they are starting at. She incorporates discussions on nutrition and mental training, as well as focus on functional movement patterns, and the importance of correct form/ body mechanics, as part of physical training. Experience & passion geared toward sports injuries, return to sport, pre-sport assessments, post-op orthopedic conditions, and those just starting into exercise – general, with a desire to move to the next level, or may be curious about getting into something more specific like running, biking, swimming…or all of them (Triathlon).
