Aimee Hall is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer who is enthusiastic about both personal training and group fitness instructing. She is currently teaching BODYPUMP and assisting with Rock Steady Boxing. She is certified to teach with the TRX Suspension Trainer and is happy to share her knowledge about it.

As a homeschooling mother of three, Aimee began her own fitness journey after her last child was born. She realized she needed to take care of her own health and wellness and started working out at home. While that was a great place to start, when she kicked it up a notch and joined Pavitt, she began to notice changes taking place more quickly.

Aimee is constantly looking for ways to further her education and knowledge. She loves exploring the Alaskan outdoors while gathering berries and various plants to turn into healthy, delicious meals for her family. She enjoys canning, crafting, and baking, but cardio is hardio. With a background in ballet, she is especially keen on helping with balance, stability and mobility.

Aimee is willing to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey, whether you’re a new mom or a seasoned gym-enthusiast. Give her a call today to get started!
