FREEZE POLICY

A one time $20 freeze fee applies to all freezes and is due to initiate the freeze. Freezes are a minimum of one month and maximum of six months. We must receive a beginning and end date when a freeze request is placed. Your account will automatically bill at the end of the freeze date. If you are hoping to extend your freeze before it has expired (within the six month timeframe) or have decided to cancel, we must receive notification 10 days before your next billing date to make the change. If you would like to workout while your account is on a freeze, you must purchase a day pass. If you have a permanent locker you must continue to pay for the locker or relinquish it. We cannot guarantee that a permanent locker will be available at the end of your freeze if you do not continue to pay for and maintain your locker.

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no cancellation fee for Month-to-Month EFT memberships, but you must give a minimum of 10 DAYS NOTICE prior to the next billing date. No refund will be granted for dues incurred before Pavitt Health & Fitness was notified. All grandfathered rates will be forfeited. If you sign up in the future, it will be at whatever the current rate is.

Prepaid contracts will cancel on the expiration date that was established at the time of purchase. Prepaid contracts are not refundable or transferable.

Punch cards are non refundable and non transferable.
